On Saturday May 19, Migos performed at the Penn’s Landing Festival Pier.
Over 5,000 fans ranging from 14-47 years old were in attendance. The show began at seven after rap sensation PNB Rock performed an hour long set.
PnB combined both his old alum, “Going Through the Motions” and his new album “Catch These Vibes” to fill up the time for other opener Trippie Redd. Trippie Redd was stuck at a show in Los Angeles, California, leaving him unable to open in Philadelphia that evening.
The third member of Migos, Offset, was also unable to attend the concert due to injuries in a car accident a few days before.
Remaining member, TakeOff and Quavo still put on a memorable show.
Their performance consisted of hits from their Albums Culture and Culture ll such as Narcos, Gang Gang, White Sand, Walk it Like I Talk it and Stir Fry.
The concert was fast paced and energetic as reflected in the excited audience.
As a contribution to the old fans they even sang throwback song, Hannah Montana which led the audience into an uproar and endless applause.
Migos then performed their most popular song “Bad and Boujee” followed by “Slippery” to end the night.
The set ended around 11:15 Saturday night and although all members could not be present, the crowd was more than satisfied with the concert.
